Only upload photos you have the right to use, and confirm that permission before every render. Solo and 5-photo Band slots take one clear person per photo; a Band group photo should show all five people clearly. Do not upload minors, and do not use a video to impersonate, mislead, harass, advertise or imply an endorsement.

Tiny Desk AI videos are parodies. Label them as AI-generated when you post them, and do not treat generated output as evidence of real events or identity verification.
