Is there a free trial or free video?

No. Watching the templates and checking your photos are free, but there is no free video render and no free trial. A video costs one credit, from $9.99.

Does Band mode cost more than Solo?

No. Solo (1 photo) and Band (5 people) cost the same: one credit makes one 15-second, 9:16, 720p video either way.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every pack is a one-time payment of $9.99 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3 or $29.90 for 5. Nothing renews automatically.

What happens if a render fails?

The credit for a failed or blocked render goes back to your balance automatically, so you can try again without paying again.

Can I get a refund?

Your first paid pack can be refunded within 7 days of the charge if none of its videos has been used. Email the order number to support@tinydesk-ai.best. Partly used packs are not prorated.

Is there a watermark?

No. Every paid video downloads as a 720×1280 MP4 with sound and no watermark.
