Andy Swift
Andy Swift is the lead editor of Tiny Desk AI. He writes and checks the guides, FAQ and output examples for Solo and five-piece Band videos.
Andy Swift is the lead editor of Tiny Desk AI (tinydesk-ai.best). He writes the product guides and FAQ, and checks that every page states the same facts about the two modes: Solo (1 photo) and Band (1 group photo of 5 people, or 5 single photos).
What Andy is responsible for
- Product facts: keeping prices ($9.99 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3, $29.90 for 5), output specs (15 seconds, 9:16, 720p MP4 with sound) and photo rules identical across the site, the FAQ and llms.txt.
- Guides: writing step-by-step instructions on choosing a mode, framing photos and fixing a render that looks off.
- Output examples: checking each published example against the file itself (resolution, duration, audio) before it goes on the examples page.
- Sources: linking every claim about the trend to a primary source, starting with NPR Music's Charlie Wilson Tiny Desk Concert page.
- Safety and consent: maintaining the Responsible Use rules, including that uploaders confirm they have permission to use every photo.
Editorial standard
"If a number on this site can't be traced to a source or to a file we produced, it doesn't get published. Examples show what the tool actually rendered, at the resolution and length it actually rendered."
